• Supporting the IDEXX design system team with designing and documenting system changes and new components, managing the Sketch symbol library, and process improvement
• Providing design support across three separate feature teams including identifying user flows, providing static mocks and multi-page interactive prototypes, user interviews, user observation, and (this was really exciting) a card sort!

UX Architect for Cofense (formerly PhishMe)—Remote

February 2017–November 2018
• Designed the PhishMe Playbooks feature, reducing the time needed to create and schedule a year-long security awareness training program by 92%
• Designed an upgrade page that increased upgrade requests from PhishMe Free customers by 165%
• Prototyped new features and enhancements for PhishMe UX/UI
• Contributed to the creation of the first internal design system
• Mapped out user flows, conducted remote user interviews and moderated usability sessions with internal and external users

Product Designer for Constant Contact—Waltham, MA

January 2014–September 2016
Designed a new email footer that resulted in a 265% year-over-year increase in traffic to the homepage
• Acted as team lead for projects supporting Endurance International Group
• Provided visual and UX design for the Constant Contact and Listbuilder apps (for iOS and Android)
• Designed marketing email templates for the UX Template team

Visual Designer for Mathworks UX—Natick, MA

July 2011–December 2013
• Designed the first ever MATLAB Mobile app for Android (over 1 million installs to date)
• Created and maintained a comprehensive icon library for the Simulink software family

• Collaborated with Editors and Technical Marketing Managers to produce design layouts and technical diagrams for the MathWorks online digest articles

• Executed in-house design projects from beginning to end, including all aspects of print production
• Designed a logo (the first PEM intern to do so) for the interactive Art and Nature Center exhibition: Eye Spy, Playing with Perception

• Completed minor craft projects, including mockups and mounted signage for placement within the museum
